Jume’s Story

Sawasdee Ka!

My name is Jume Slover. I moved to the U.S. from Thailand in 1999. I have always had a passion for sharing my recipes with all of my family and friends. I love cooking and I have over 20 years of restaurant experience. 

I’d like to thank Heidi Heitmann & Mike Hall who came up with the name “Big Thai Country”. Mike and Heidi supported my food truck and they helped make my dream of sharing these Thai cuisine creations with everyone in Missoula come true. 

It gives me great joy to bring authentic Thai cuisine, using only the freshest ingredients, to all of our patrons.
